Three old houses on a large plot for rural tourism just north of Olhão
This concerns a big plot of land of over 8 ha. of land with an avocado plantation on it, borehole for water and electricity already in place. There are three old dwellings on the plot with in total 601 m2 of built area. Two houses attached to each other, and another dwelling detached further on the plot. From the dwellings you have a very pleasant view over the countryside and the mountains at the back towards São Miguel, as the dwellings are located on an elevated position. The plot is easily reached just off the tarmac road. The centre of Olhão is just a 5 minutes’ drive and the airport at 15 minutes.
The dwellings need complete renovation or knocking down of the old structure, keeping the front façade.
