Located just outside of São Brás de Alportel, within easy reach of amenities, this Italian style villa has it all. The property is totally fenced and private and welcomes with its beautiful green landscaped garden full of shaded areas and sitting areas. The garden feels like an Oasis, a green paradise.
The villa was built in the 90s according to Italian architecture. The rustic villa has high ceilings, wooden window shutters, wooden doors, windowsills, Santa Catarina floor tiles and roof tiles and wooden colonial furniture.
The property has a shaded car park, for 2 or 3 cars. The house welcomes with an entrance hall leading to the very spacious living room with a big fireplace, lounge area and dining table in addition to a study area. From the living room you have access to the big, equipped kitchen with breakfast area. Next to the living room there is a good-size TV room with big screen to watch your favourite programs and movies. In the hallway there is a guest toilet and access to the Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom that has a shower and bathtub. From the hallway stairs lead up to the first-floor landing comprising a bedroom, bathroom and another children’s bedroom. You will find two outside terraces on the first floor, also access by stairs to the pool area in the garden. From the ground floor there are doors either in the hallway, living room and kitchen to access the terraces and patios in the garden. Behind the kitchen area there is an atelier and storage room too.

This property is ideal for nature lovers, however not suitable for small children due to various steps in and around the house.
