This traditional style villa is located on an elevated position near the village of São Brás de Alportel.
The villa has a big, terraced garden with a swimming pool. You find an entrance hall leading to a large living area, with open plan kitchen that comes fully equipped. There is a fireplace for winter months and ventilators for the summer. Please note that the property doesn´t need air-conditioning as it has old thick walls that keep it cooler inside. From the living room you have access to the terraces and pool. The entrance hall on the other side has a bedroom and adjacent bathroom and another bedroom. Stairs from the entrance hall lead up to the first-floor landing, comprising a bedroom with adjacent en-suite sink and toilet. The bathrooms are equipped with hydromassage shower and jacuzzi bath tub. Furthermore, there are two good-size bathrooms and a Master bedroom with access to a terrace that leads up to a roof terrace. From here you have wonderful countryside views.
The house has a private parking spot in the street. It is a quiet and secure neighborhood with some other properties around.
Shops, restaurants, health clinics and other amenities are just a 5-minute drive away. From the property you can do lovely hiking and biking tours.
The villa is available with a rental licence for short stays. During the period from October to May also longer stays are possible at the monthly rate advertised. |
