A very nice project for someone to develop their own property with control over their own specifications.
This is a plot of land located just outside of Tavira, very close to the beach and golf courses. It sits in a very secluded part of the countryside, very quiet, yet close to all the amenities of Tavira. This is a sought-after part of the Algarve in the unspoiled eastern region.
The land is gently sloping, the ruins are located on the edge of the land, there are no real direct neighbor's. The land has many indigenous trees and is irrigated with inexpensive agricultural water.
