The studio is fully furnished and equipped and has a shared swimming pool. It is situated on a fully fenced ´herdade´ composing a farmhouse and two studios, vegetable garden, chicken, some other animals and a beautiful view over the Alentejo landscape. The studio is around 40 m2 and has a kitchenette with fridge (also a small freezer draw), microwave/oven combi, electric stove, extractor and various kitchenware, table and two chairs, sofa, bed of 140 by 200 cm. and a bathroom comprising a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There is a washing machine in the laundry room available. The studio benefits from air conditioning, for heating and cooling.
The property is located close to historical Beja where a lot of cultural activities take place and where the main shops are. Within walking distance there is a small hamlet with a café and small grocery shop.
This is an ideal property to stay with 1 or 2 persons for a few weeks or months.
