This three-bedroom villa is located in a green area in the hills just north of Faro and Estoi and close to São Brás de Alportel.
The fully fenced/ walled property has an entrance gate and private driveway of Portuguese cobblestones that lead to a car park where a few cars can be parked.
Via a small fence and staircase of two steps you reach the sun terrace with an L-shaped swimming pool.
Around the house on the south-east side, there are a few outside sitting areas under a large roof, adjacent to the sun terrace and swimming pool, with lovely views over the hills towards the sea in a distance.
On the sun terrace is also a traditional stone barbecue on the sun terrace with Portuguese chimney. Next to the sun terrace is a separate sitting area with a large dining table and a gas barbecue under a thatched roof. Everyone can actually find their favorite spot here, in or out of the sun.
A beautifully landscaped garden with automatic irrigation surrounds the sun terrace and the villa. The area really exudes tranquility.

The house has a bright and spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchen, which is connected to the room through an open arched window. Through an outside door you walk into the garden, where you will find washing lines and walk around the house to the sun terrace.
