Three-bedroom villa with private pool near São Brás de Alportel

This three-bedroom villa is located in a green area in the hills just north of Faro and Estoi and close to São Brás de Alportel. 

The fully fenced/ walled property has an entrance gate and private driveway of Portuguese cobblestones that lead to a car park where a few cars can be parked. 

Via a small fence and staircase of two steps you reach the sun terrace with an L-shaped swimming pool.

 

Around the house on the south-east side, there are a few outside sitting areas under a large roof, adjacent to the sun terrace and swimming pool, with lovely views over the hills towards the sea in a distance. 

On the sun terrace is also a traditional stone barbecue on the sun terrace with Portuguese chimney. Next to the sun terrace is a separate sitting area with a large dining table and a gas barbecue under a thatched roof. Everyone can actually find their favorite spot here, in or out of the sun.

A beautifully landscaped garden with automatic irrigation surrounds the sun terrace and the villa. The area really exudes tranquility.

 

The house is laid out over one level with one small step in the living room. 

The house has a bright and spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchen, which is connected to the room through an open arched window. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, microwave, gas stove with oven, extractor hood, fridge freezer and an extensive kitchen inventory. This kitchen has an adjacent pantry and laundry room.

Through an outside door you walk into the garden, where you will find washing lines and walk around the house to the sun terrace.

 

From the living area, on the right you will find two spacious bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. There is a shared bathroom with bathtub and the Master bedrooms with built-in wardrobes also has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The bathrooms have a light color scheme, spotlights and automatic extraction. 

The Master bedroom has sliding doors to the sun terrace and the rear room has a large windows, which let in a lot of light.

 

Adjacent to the living room on the left, one step down takes you to the corridor with third bathroom and spacious bedroom with two large windows and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is also spacious and has a walk-in shower.

From the corridor you can walk out to the sun terrace through a separate door.

 

The property benefits from solar panels for hot water, recent air-conditioning units in all rooms, wood burner in the living room and we can give a price quotation for double glazing if you wish.

 

The house is located together with a few other villas, each of which is located separately and has its own privacy.

From the sun terrace, you have a view of the surrounding mountains and even a part of the sea view.

 

From the house you are in 5 minutes by car in São Brás de Alportel, in 10 minutes in Loulé and Tavira is about half an hour's drive away.

The beach can be reached in 20 minutes as well as the airport.

 

An ideal family home, from where you can easily reach many touristic places and beaches.

The house has recently been redecorated.

 

For holiday lettings prices are on request.

Winter lets are based on a fixed rental amount per month plus utility bills.
