This concerns a big plot of land of around 2,84 ha. of land with some fruit trees, almond trees, figs, carob trees and olive trees. There is a borehole for water and a big round water reservoir, in addition to the possibility to have access to mains water. Electricity is already connected.
The built area consists of the main house and a dwelling that used to be for animals with in total 408 m2 of built area. The access is by tarmac road and a small private road access. From the dwellings you have a very pleasant view over the countryside and on the roof terrace you can see the coastline from Fuseta to Faro. To the other side you can see the mountains towards São Miguel. The centre of Olhão is just a 5 minutes’ drive and the airport only 15 minutes.
The dwellings need complete renovation or knocking down of the old structure, keeping the front façade.
As it is located on a large plot, a project for rural tourism can be one of the options.
