This traditional style villa is located on an elevated position near the village of São Brás de Alportel.
The villa has a big, terraced garden with a swimming pool. You find an entrance hall leading to a large living area, with open plan kitchen that comes fully equipped. There is a fireplace in addition to air conditioning. From the living room you have access to the terraces and pool. The entrance hall on the other side has a bedroom and adjacent bathroom and another bedroom. Stairs from the entrance hall lead up to the first-floor landing, comprising a bedroom with adjacent en-suite sink and toilet. Furthermore, there are two good-size bathrooms and a Master bedroom with access to a terrace that leads up to a roof terrace. From here you have wonderful countryside views.
The house has a private parking spot in the street. It is a quiet and secure neighborhood with some other properties around.
Shops, restaurants, health clinics and other amenities are just a 5-minute drive away. From the property you can do lovely hiking and biking tours.
The villa is available with a rental licence for short stays. During the period from October to May also longer stays are possible at the monthly rate advertised.
